Explosive Sprint Timer
A mobile app for iOS and Android that measures sprint performance using frame-accurate video timing. The app processes video entirely on your device — no video is uploaded to our servers during standalone app use.
Explosive Score
A web platform at score.explosive.app where athletes create profiles, log sprint results, submit videos for coach review, and appear on a public leaderboard.
Explosive Community & Courses
Educational content, community discussion, and training resources hosted on Kajabi at explosive.app.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our services. If you are under 13, a parent or guardian must create and manage your profile and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
By using our services, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Accounts & Responsibilities
Explosive Score uses passwordless login via magic links sent to your registered email. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure and for all activity that occurs under your profile.
You must provide accurate information when registering — including your name, year of birth, and gender — as these are used to calculate age-appropriate performance scores.
4. Licence & Acceptable Use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our services for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:
- Submit false, fabricated, or manipulated sprint times, results, or videos
- Create multiple profiles for the same person to manipulate the leaderboard
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
- Attempt to access, interfere with, or disrupt our systems or another user's data
- Use the services in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights
- Harass, impersonate, or harm other users, athletes, or coaches
We reserve the right to remove results, suspend accounts, or ban users who violate these rules.
5. Content You Submit
On-device processing
Videos you import into the Explosive Sprint Timer app are processed entirely on your device. We do not access, upload, or store them. You retain full ownership of all content you create with the app.
Uploaded results and videos
When you submit a video or test result to Explosive Score, you grant Explosive AS a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, display, and process that content solely to provide the service. You retain full ownership of any video you submit. We will not use your content for advertising without your explicit consent.
Videos submitted for coach review are stored temporarily and deleted within 90 days of a final decision. You can delete your profile and all associated content at any time from your profile page.
6. Accuracy & Disclaimer
Timing results from Explosive Sprint Timer depend on your video's frame rate, recording conditions, and your frame selection. The app is intended for training and coaching purposes and is not certified for official competition timing or regulatory compliance.
Scores and performance percentiles on Explosive Score are based on statistical reference models and are intended for informational and motivational purposes only.
All services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
7. Public Leaderboard
Appearing on the public leaderboard is entirely optional and requires your explicit consent. You control this setting when you register and can change it at any time from your profile page.
We reserve the right to remove any result we have reason to believe is inaccurate, fabricated, or does not comply with these Terms.
8. Coaches & Teams
Coaches are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from athletes — and from parents or guardians for athletes under 18 — before adding them to a team roster. Team licences are purchased through explosive.app.
9. Subscriptions & Payments
In-app subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Unless you cancel before the end of the current billing period, your subscription automatically renews. Subscription management and refunds are handled by Apple or Google.
Team licences & courses
Purchased through explosive.app (powered by Kajabi). Refund requests should be directed to support@explosive.app.
We do not process payment card details directly. All payments are handled by Apple, Google, or Kajabi's payment partner (Stripe).
10. Intellectual Property
The Explosive Sprint Timer app, Explosive Score platform, and all associated software, design, branding, and content are owned by Explosive AS or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the licence granted in section 4, no rights are transferred to you.
11. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. You may delete your Explosive Score profile and all associated data at any time from your profile page.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or for legal or security reasons, without prior notice.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Norwegian law, Explosive AS is not liable for inaccuracies in self-reported results, injuries sustained while performing sprint tests, indirect or consequential damages, temporary service unavailability, or loss of data beyond our reasonable control.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or NOK 500, whichever is greater.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Explosive AS, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of our services, your submission of inaccurate or unlawful content, or your violation of these Terms.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you by email. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts.
